How far in advance should i book a party ?

It is best to book your party ad early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.We recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Can i bring outside food for my party?

Yes, you are welcome to bring outside food for your private party.We kindly ask that you dispose of all waste responsibly.Outside food do so at their own risk, and our venue cannot be hold responsible for any resulting allergies or discomfort. We recommend guests with specific dietary needs to inform the party host beforehand.

Will there be other customers present during my private event?

No. To ensure your private space and allow you to fully enjoy your gathering ,we clear the entire venue of all other customers during your event.This means you and your guests will have complete privacy and exclusivity.

How can i track my order?

When you purchase on Hi Craft online you will receive an email with a tracking number.You can use this tracking number to track your order.

What is your return &exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order(MUST be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition)you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.However, please note that custom made items, CANNOT be returned or exchanges.
